Hi, I'm new to the site and was wondering how you get started if you have no seeds to offer yet?

The information you need is in the very first post that is required reading. For your specific question, please see the link for the Special Instructions.
As it states you can look for free seed for postage offers that are frequently posted on the exchange. I think there are several right now. You can use some of those seeds to start trading. You can also purchase a few seeds to get started with.

You can also collect seeds from your own garden and from friends' gardens. -That's how I got started. The seed saving forum has lots of great info on seed collecting.
