I have Vitex Negundo that blooms light blue to offer for Persimmon seeds. Zone 5 is the northern-most reach of them, but they are supposed to take it. Research it and please decide once you have run it on a search engine...Please let me know.

I have 2013 bearclaw helleborus seeds. If you want to look over my list and see if i have anything else you might like. I have a few native seeds that might make it in zone 5. Do you have have natives from your area? If not maybe you can just send me a SASBE. I am really interested in plant seeds not vegs.
