WANTED: Corn recommendations?

I usually grow silver queen (white/sweet hybrid) in my garden here in N. Texas, and I had a large yield last year. I canned and froze most of it. I have so much corn that I am not planting the same thing this year. Instead, I would like to try some of the other corn varieties besides the sweet corn that I have traditionally planted. I would like to possibly grow organic corn that can be harvested after it has dried and then ground into a corn meal... and I would also like to possibly plant some of the more colorful corn varieties for grinding, or just for decoration. Can anyone suggest any seed varieties that I should try? Does anyone have seeds to trade? I have a large list of seeds, but it's in an EXCEL spread sheet and my list here is not updated.

Thanks,

Tim
