Fresh seed harvested last fall. I have the following available:

1.) Qty. 200 Arisaema triphyllum Jack-in-the-Pulpit
2.) Qty. 100 Polygonatum commutatum Solomon's Seal
3.) Qty. 1000 Ratibida pinnata Gray Headed Coneflower
4.) Qty. 250 Monarda fistulosa Wild Bergamot
5.) Qty. 2000 Dalea purpurea Purple Prairie Clover
6.) Qty. 250 Unknown Hosta #1
7.) Qty. 100 Unknown Hosta #2
8.) Qty. 1000 Impatiens walleriana Impatiens, Single Flowered
9.) Qty. 200 Asparagus officinalis Asparagus
10.) Qty. 250 Fragaria vesca Alpine Strawberry "Reugen" (Red)

Regarding the Purple Prairie Clover: Do not be mistaken by the word "clover" in the name. Purple Prairie Clover is one of my favorite native prairie wildflowers - it is not a foreign invasive. Subtle, very pretty, long-lived August blooms. Fairly easy to grow. Self-sows by seed in a non-invasive way. Beautiful in stands. I am surprised this is not a more popular variety.

Unknown Hosta #1: Large-leafed, bluish gray leaves. Seed from a recently acquired nursery specimen. Lost the plant label...

Unknown Hosta #2: Small-leafed, green leaves with light yellow border. Seed from a recently acquired nursery specimen. Lost the plant label...

The asparagus is an unknown heritage variety originally planted by my grandparents that has been grown and harvested here for over 70 years. I still have one of the original beds that still produces well, along with several new beds I have started from seed over the years.

All varieties listed above are available in standard 25 count packs minimum. More if you want them - I am not concerned about equal trades. I am discontinuing my flower seed collection so I would like to see all the flower seeds find homes.

I also have an extensive list of edibles available for trade on my seed trade page. Trades for beans, herbs, or other edibles preferred. Check out my wants list, or tell me what you have to offer, or I will look at your seed list if you have one online.

Thanks,
-Tom

Hi Tom,

I would like to trade Lady peas for Scharenchich bush beans.
They are the true small lady peas. It is my favorite pea and the seeds came from my garden.

Margaret - I will be contacting you.
velsgarden - Thanks for commenting.

Below is a link to a good page describing purple prairie clover.

I forgot to mention that this is a good butterfly plant, as noted on the web page.

Here is a link that might be useful: Purple Prairie Clover
