Hi, Im a school teacher (science) and I am looking for a way to get a good amount of different kinds of seeds (flowers, vines, not vegetables) to do a project where each kid will receive a few different seeds to plant and take care of at home so they can learn and be part of the process of growing plants. Im going to have them record their process thru pictures, notes and video. You know kids today theyll be posting their proud pics of their babies all over facebook and twitter and what not and thats what Im looking for is to get them involved in nature and the outdoors by letting them include what they like such as cameras, computers, facebook etc. I just think itll be a good way to incorporate some science and outdoors in their lives and who knows we might just make some plant lovers out of them. Anyways I read the guidlines and I realize we are to trade something and not ask for donations and such. I have spider plants in my home with babies that I could trade and I have some herb seeds that i will have to get the names of if anybody is interested and Id be glad to pay any shipping for seeds. I want to get this going next week if I can so Im looking for quick action. I will do what ever I can to make it fast on my end. Im kind of looking for a couple who have a good bit of seeds they dont need. I dont really have enough time to just deal with a couple seeds from 20 people. Not that they wouldnt be appreciated but I have an average of 200 different students a day so im looking for a good bit of seeds. Let me know if you can help if I cant get what I need Ill just go buy some packs of seeds but I really wanted them to have a large veriety of seeds so they didnt feel like they all had the same thing and itll be more interesting to them to see each different plant each one has. Thanks for your time, Bill

I have tons of cosmo, sunflower, baptisia, gazania, columbine, marigold, and lupine. I'm willing to bet I have at least 200 of each seed. I'd donate them to kids, no problem :-)

New to this site, but love what you are doing! I work in the school system as well as an aide. I can offer hibiscus seeds. Let me know where to ship! Can't afford-but a great seed for kids-moonflower-I planted them for the first time this year in a mini-greenhouse and they germinated in a week! They are about 3" tall and pushed the lid off my little greenhouse! Quick growing and would give the kids the reason to keep going!
