Looking for just a couple for postage.

While you may accept offers to send seeds for postage, GardenWeb does not allow you to ask for such an arrangement. It is up to you what you offer in exchange, but it must be something. One option would be to go to Home Depot, Lowes, etc, and purchase a few packs of seeds to get started. Then you could offer them in exchange for the seeds you wanted. Someone might even see your offer and volunteer to send you whatever you ask for without wanting what you offer, but at least the offer makes your request legitimate.

Thanks for the FYI. I can many herb seeds to swap.
