Did you hand-pollenate them, and if so, what was the 'father' plant?

I do have a few Plumeria rubra seeds I got in trade, NOT from my own plants.

No Mam, I did not- they are open pollinated. I'd be happy to trade for your Plumie seed, if they have a "bump" in the seed end. LMK!
thanks!

Okay---I'll have to check about the "bump".

I have what my brother tells me is a Maya variegated brug, and it set buds while still in the livingroom this winter. Alas, every one of them fell off just as they were beginning to skirt. I've set it outside now, and it's much happier!

Great! Seedlings cannot be guaranteed to be true (like)
to their parents. That's the fun in hybridizing! Let me know- Where abouts are you in zone 7? I'm in zone 7b, NC.
Thanks!

Oh, I know---that's why I was asking about the 'father' plant. I'm in the TN Valley, zone 7b also.

Still looking for the plumie seed---I swear I saw them yesterday...(*sigh*)

Okay, good thing you asked about the 'bump'---only about 2/3 of them have it. E-mail me your address and I'll send them and you can see what you think.
