Peaches & Cream

I have some Peaches & Cream corn left from last year that I didn't plant. If I was to plant them this year would I be able to harvest the seed(as in collecting the seeds to replant) time and time again and still get the same taste and results in quality?

Hey Farmer boy, to help you a bit, on this page close to the top, I found a word that says (Conversations) in Pink.If you click on the word,it takes you to a post just like this one for Questions to post.
Also I put in my google search the words. How do I grow Corn Peaches and Cream? and I got lots of spots to click on for information. on Peaches and cream Corn.
