I would love to trade with someone for their passionfruit/flower seeds. They look amazing and it's just the plant I need! Thanks:)

What variety are you looking for?

Oh lord. How many different kinds are there?! Lol. I'm not picky. They all look beautiful. My friend has purple ones but I read that they won't produce fruit or like 2-3 yrs. and they are gorgeous and I would love to have one! :)

There's hundreds, if not thousands of different passifloras. Some varieties will produce flowers the first year from seed, others 2 or 3 years and some might never produce blooms. Are you looking for a cold hardy variety or a container plant that can be brought in over the winter? Do you want edible fruit or do you just want it for the flowers?

In Zone 7, there are only a few that are hardy---Passiflora incarnata and P. caerulea are two of them, and I've had good luck with P. 'Lavender Lady' in the ground here. Google them and look at the pics!

I have cuttings of caerulea available now, and will have cuttings of 'Lavender Lady' and seeds from incarnata come fall.

You can P. caerulea. (*grin*) They'll root in plain WATER, and the ones I have are already rooted. The Lavender Lady is a bit harder, and I've NEVER rooted the incarnata, but I should have lots of seeds from it, come fall. Just LMK.
