Sorry I could not remember your e-mail address. The seeds you sent arrived here today. Thanks for the trade. A question...how is it you can mail for 92 cents when my post office charges over $2.00. Is there a special way to mail seeds ? Again, thanks for the trade.

I'm in the same boat with you. My post office charges $2.07. Whereas I have gotten similar envelopes with .92ÃÂ¢ without the postage due notice. Factors include (other than weight) the thickness of the envelope, if they consider it to be a letter or a parcel, untrained postal employees. Every post office is different. Except for maybe in my region of Louisiana. I've been to the 4 closest post offices to me, & they all want to be a pain.
