HAVE: Question about Peppermint and chaff

Hello Everyone,
I have a few kinds of plants that I am reluctant to include in trades because the seed has so much chaff in the mix and I don't really know a way to separate the seed from the chaff.
Peppermint is one of those plants... Got a bumpercrop of seed this year but not sure if its desireable.
Helenium is the same way
Any thoughts on this?
Are there some plants that people expect the chaff with the seed?
Your thoughts are welcome.

RE: HAVE: Question about Peppermint and chaff

Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) is mostly sterile!

Most GW traders would probably be just fine with chaff (at least for certain species) if you disclosed its presence in your description prior to trade. I've seen this listed on multiple people's trade lists. I do try to remove most of the chaff from my seed, but that's probably just an indication that I have a tiny bit of OCD just waiting to show up.

Thanks Brandon,
Any tips about separating chaff out?
