Do you not know her Member Name, or is there maybe no Member Page email link?
Some things that have always worked out well for me when trading...

1. Require that everyone post to my thread so that all trade replies can be found via a search.

2. Require that anyone I have a transaction with, have a Member Page email link set up. I won't proceed with a trade until they go to the time and trouble to get set up 'right' for ease of trading. It saves possible situations like this.

3. I save every trader's email address in my Hotmail Contacts and it is saved with the Gardenweb name/real first name format. Example...ladybuggy/Jane.
