HAVE: Hibiscus Sabdariffa

I have freshly dried seeds for this plant, which is an annual used to make the red hibiscus tea. I also have some freshly dried loofa seeds. Looking for good zone 9 seeds... pretty open to offers but especially heirloom corn, beans and tomatos.
