1. Scroll to the bottom and find Member Pages. Click on it.
2. Next you'll find a list of options. Click on "Edit Exchange Lists"
3. It will open up and you'll have 4 sections: Seeds I have to Trade, Seeds I am Looking For, Plants I have to Trade and Plants I am Looking For. Fill those out.
4. Be sure you click "Submit" or else it doesn't save your changes/lists. Guess how I know that?! Yep, I lost it once.

I'll send you an email. Often on these threads a person will say, "I'm intersted. Sent you an email." Then you and the person can discuss a trade through email and we don't give out our addresses and pertinent data to the entire world.

Also sometimes the email sent through Garden Web (GW) goes to your spam and you have to find it. So the thread lets you know to look for the email in case it gets filed in Spam or Trash.
