Cajun Belle is a unique hybrid mild hot pepper with great flavor, is very robust, has high productivity, and grows as a small bush. Great for container gardening. It was a 2010 AAS award winner.

There should be some interesting filial lines because (1) CB peppers have good flavor (2) CB peppers aren't very hot. There is a good chance you'll get mild peppers with different flavor profiles. One of the parents might even have been sweet (pungency/hotness is a dominant trait).

You might also find a more heat-stable version of the F1 that would be a worthwhile OP. The F1 tends to have instability in its Scoville rating. For example, my CBs got increasingly hotter as the season progressed, regardless of growing conditions (they have been producing for almost 5 months).
