Please help with injured hen

My dogs got into the yard with my hens. They caught one, pinned her down and pulled a few mouthfuls of feathers out of her before we could catch them. Immediately afterward, she seemed shaken, but fine. She was walking and eating. We cleaned and treated four torn places on her skin, all about 1/4 inch to 1/2 and inch in diameter. I don't think that the dog's teeth actually made contact with her. The wounds didn't appear to be puncture wounds.

Today she is lethargic, puffed up, not eating, and has yellow diarrhea that smells awful.

I have her isolated in a warm place with water and have been giving her soft foods including yogurt and fruit as specified by the little bit of information I could find online.

Can someone please guide me here as to what else I can do? We've called three vets and were basically told not to worry, she'd be fine. Is this normal behavior for an injured hen? She's such a sweet girl. I really want to make her more comfortable while she heals.
