Sounds like she may bleeding internally. You are probably doing all you can-I would buy some water soluble antibiotic and add it to her drinking water and would soften her feed with equal parts antibiotic water/feed. This will help hydrate her when she may not want to drink normally. You can use pedialyte in place of water to enhance her ability to deal with the physical trauma/stress.

Use any topical antibiotic ointment on the open wound-just enough to protect them from infection-too much can coat her feathers and they won't be able to keep her warm.

Forgive your dogs-it is their nature.

I'm so sorry you lost your hen, like seramas said, she most likely suffering a crush injury internally and between that and shock, there was nothing you could have done for her outside of keeping her warm, safe, loved and comfortable.
