If its dirty wash it with clean soapy water. If its a relatively shallow thin gash you can keep it isolated and leave it, if its deep wrapping it in clean gauze might be a good idea.

You were smart to isolate her. Keep her on her own, and warm, quiet and out of drafts to guard against shock. Gently clean the wound using paper towels, Qtips and a bit of warm water. Don't soak the feathers, you don't want her to get chilled, but do get all the dirt out of the wound. Dry the wound afterwards, gently dabbing it with more paper towels. You can apply some Neosporin sparingly to the wound using Qtips, don't glop it on, though. It shouldn't hurt her if she preens a bit of it off. Keep her isolated and away from dirt, and once a day apply more Neopsporin and re-clean the wound if neccessary. You can give her unflavored Pedialyte to drink (at the grocery store, in the baby aisle) to boost her electrolytes. You can also give her an over-the-counter bird antibiotic called Ornacyn, it's at the pet store and is tetracycline-based. Just use the dosage for the largest bird on the label, and it can be mixed with water or Pedialyte--but crush the tablets first, they don't want to dissolve easily.

Extra protein can help her build new tissue faster, so offer her live mealworms (at bait shops or pet stores that cater to birds/reptiles, they're kept in the fridge so ask for them), scrambled eggs, cooked ground beef. etc. are all good.

Make SURE you keep her isolated and the wound clean and dressed until she's healed--flockmates instinctively peck at wounds and injured or sick birds, and you don't want to risk returning her to the flock too soon and having to start over again at square one.
