Any good quality chick starter will be fine; along with lots of chopped greens. There is not enuff niacin in poultry feeds for waterfowl so the greens are important. keep them as dry as you can(not easy) until they are beginning to feather(2-3 weeks). Make sure they always have water they can get their entire bill into, they must keep their nostrils free of feed, etc. They should bond.

I may be wrong, since my knowledge comes from reading, but ducklings don't NEED to swim, until their feathers come in, and can get chilled if they get wet while still fluffy. So I think you can skip the pool for now, and introduce it when you put them outside. Plus I think it would make a huge mess - ducklings are notoriously messy keepers - but am not sure of the last. It's different when they are with Mom, as the oils from her feathers are shared with her babies, which keeps them dry.

Also don't get medicated feed, you can try gamebird crumbles. Also dibbit is right they don't need water to swim in at such a young age. They are very messy but cute :)

Medicated feed is fine, its all I and most waterfowl fanciers use. It was different years ago when arsenic was used as a coccidiostat, today Amprol is the standard and safe for waterfowl.(I wouldnt use something which would kill my waterfowl).
