medicating chickens for worms question

I took a bantam pullet with deformed feet problems to the vet yesterday. As part of a general health exam she checked her stool and found the parasite that causes blackhead. She gave the bantam a dose of fenbendazole orally (another dose in 10 days). She said to give theentire flock panacur (fenbendazole). I looked dosage up online and it's confusing. One site says mix the medication with water then mix that with the food and give the chickens only that food until it's consumed. We have 35 chickens that free-range all day. I put food in a couple of places and they eat that but they spend more time nibbling various things on the ground. I can't imagine that all of them will

get a dose of the meds this way. Can fenbendazole be mixed with their water or given another way?
