Our hens got mail

Last Sunday we gave a dozen of our hens' eggs to a lady after church. Today our hens got a thank-you note from her--delicious eggs, creamy yolks, your efforts are appreciated! I'll take the note out to the coop and read it to the ladies after their afternoon nap.

What a nice lady, and what a sense of humor!

Well, for one thing, not everyone appreciates the delicious eggs our girls give. It is nice to have such a comical, delightful woman give thanks where it is due :) Lori
