'Daisy' won't sit on her eggs!

My ducks are barely a year old and yesturday I found an egg in the middle of my yard. I watched it for a while to see if donald or daisy would keep it warm. They didn't. They would lay near it but not on it. So I investigated my yard. I found a nest on the other side of my house. It had 8 more eggs in it. I put the one egg in the nest with the rest since it was very far away. I watched them off and on all evening and part of the night. Neither of the ducks went near the nest. It got down to around 25 last night and I'm afraid the eggs won't make it. These are her first eggs. I'm a beginner at all this and know nothing. Do I bring the eggs in and hatch them indoors? Is it to late? Will she take care of them after they hatch? If I intercept them from her will she know what to do next time? Is there a way I can get her to sit on them? Should I block her around the nest? Please let me know what your opinion is. Thank you!
