Kitten with closed eye

The litter of kittens opened their eyes 6 days ago but one has only one eye open. We aren't sure if it opened with the rest and maybe got scratched by a litter mate or didn't ever open.

Does anyone have ideas about this? The kittens are almost three weeks old now and other than this, very fat healthy little hands-full.
