Transporting Pet Chickens Across Country

Hi folks. New to the forum. I have 3 pet chickens (1 rooster, 2 hens) that are 4 months old. I'm taking a new job in Montana and was wondering what are the laws/regulations for transporting via car my pets from Atlanta to Montana. Thanks.

Brendasue if you post the link in the optional link URL box (below the message box) and in the Name of the Link box put what you want people to see then they can click on the link/ It is much more friendly than cutting and pasting ;-)

Here is a link that might be useful: the link brendasue submitted

Thanks Ms Jay. Beleive it or not I never even noticed those boxes down there. I don't read instruction manuals either so it's par for the course....
Guess I'm always in a hurry....I'll try to remember.
