tiny bugs

I found these tiny crawling black bugs on the garbage bin where I keep the weekly hens droppings in a garbage bag...does anyone know what these are? some are tiny and some are a little bigger..but is this just a regular bug that people find around the bins ect???they aren't circular..more longish and crawl. could they be some type of larvae or stage of flies???

no,,their more like tiny flies but without wings??? Less wormy looking than that pic, but thanks for your reply...
