I have a hog that has been wonderfully healthy and continues to appear healthy other than he has bumps on the back of his ears. I thought they were fly bites and got some fly repellent from the feed store. This did not help. Today, the skin around his eyes is cracked and his snout appears to have some raw spots. The bumps on his ears are still there.

Does anybody know what these are and what I can do to treat them??
