where on her body is she missing feathers? her back? if you have a rooster, and that hen is his favorite mate, she could be losing back feathers from being favored in the mating department if you know what i mean.

if its all over her body it could be mites, worms, etc.

if its changed, she probably is still molting...it can take longer than 2 months for some hens to finish.

Is she growing in any new pinfeathers? Where are the missing feathers? Is she acting sick at all?
