Have you tried searching for the feed manufacturers online? I'd say start with the milling companies or their distributors. You can also ask your local county ag extension service and the ag department of colleges in your area. If you have a fairgrounds or egg/poultry companies nearby, ask them as well.

Any feed mill can grind it until you say "stop." How big is bulk to you? Some people think 50-pound bags is bulk. Others think bulk comes on a long trailer hauled by an 18-wheeler.

I'm working in the Texas Panhandle and see the feed lots with 3 cubic yard piles of alfalfa and corn gluten meal in their bins. I'm not sure how often they take delivery but that doesn't look like it would go very far when you have several hundred head eating all day long.

I get horse grain in small bulk, several hundred pounds at a time. I call the local Elevator/Mill, have them mix my feed recipe, then go pick it up. They will mix any way you want, though they do advise ordering more than 300# because it mixes better in their machinery.

My recipe calls for plain oats, cracked corn, some minerals and soy bean meal. That is what they put in, nothing else. Same with the sheep feed, only get what you order. Check the local yellow pages, ask folks with larger animals where they get feed, to locate a mill.

Feeding with our own recipe, we find horses do well, need less fed, at prices cheaper than prepared feeds cost.

You need to do your homework, know what the livestock you feed needs for your goals. Locally we have no selenium in the soil. All feeds need US to consider selenium needs. Prepared mixes may already contain selenium and Vit E, while my recipe will not. I need to top dress that for the horses and sheep to get enough daily. Other locations need other additives for good animal health to produce or finish well. Your County Ag agent can help you there.
