| I was given a trash can full of sunflower seeds for the birds but a lot of them at the bottom had molded. Not thinking I dumped them in the garden for the squirrls. They ate the seed but left (of course) the hulls that have mold on them. Do I need to try to remove these from the garden or can I mix compost with them and be ok? Thanks for your input! |
