I am totally psyched to have found this forum! I am a true blue "dumpster diver" or "Curb Shopper", whichever term you like to use. I am a preschool teacher and I am sure you know that my salary is nothing to brag about! I spend my 3 months off during the summer gardening with my children and trying to live off my farm animals, my garden, and my meager UE check. This is such an awesome Forum that I can't wait to read all the pages that are here.

| Welcome! I can send you some lilyturf, either the long one of the mini, for postage. I'm not really looking for anything, DH is about ready to strangle me now. He keeps asking me if I have enough plants now, lol. Well, do I have them ALL? No? Then no, I don't have enough! |

| How funny! My hubby likes plants and gardening so as long as I plant what I get, he doesn't care what I do! Can you email me with the info about postage costs and such for the lilyturf? I would really appreciate it. I think it would look awesome with some lilies in one of my smaller beds. Thanks for the welcome. |

Glad to have you. Your title caught my eye, and thats
just how I felt last night when I read a post titled
Lasagna gardening, I could not believe my eyes that
with this method you dont have to labor by diging
thousands of holes. Like you said you cant wait to read all the forums, just dont read the front pages go thur all
the pages, it was on the back pages where I found, that
wonderful article about Lasagna gardening.

| Hi! I look forward to reading your posts. The latest frugal thing I did: Saw a neighbor had put out lots of bags of leaves (20), asked if I could have them, dragged them over here... free mulch, or free compost some day, whichever I decide on. |
