Cheap Daffs

I just brought 40 daffs at Wally world for 5.00 a steal considering I brought the same ones for 10.00 'bout two weeks prior. ugh! I want to know if I get them in the ground soon like in the next day or two will I get blooms this year or next... there is some green growth starting on them all ready. But I was thinking 'bout that cold stratification necessary for the blooms..etc. And for some reason we will be getting temps. in the 60's and 70's this week go figure.

| I always buy more daffs in the fall than I get planted in the fall & winter...so EVERY year I plant some in Feb and they all bloom and come back each year. The stupid part is that of course I paid full price back then. You've inspired me to look for some great sales. |
