I found a GREAT place to get some GREAT free seedling cups...Ok here it is

Chuckie Cheese, for those who have kids you know where one is. The cups that they give you to hold the coins, they are the perfect size for starting seeds and GET THIS!! they already have 2 holes in the bottom for draining. Chuckie Cheese has cup dispencers around the place so every time I walk by I take a few. GOOOD FIND for me

RE: Seedling Cups

I made my pots from recycled newspaper this year. They are working great. I will link the instructions from my blog on how to make them.

Here is a link that might be useful: newspaper pots

RE: Seedling Cups

I use the plastic bottoms from mushrooms at the grocery to start seeds. Then I tx them into old styrofoam coffee cups w/holes punched in the bottoms. These items are sturdy enough to reuse for several seasons. As soon as the seedlings are out of the mushroom bottoms, I start another batch! Has worked for years.
