Watch the Trash for Dicarded Easter Plants

Tis the season....for snatching thrown-out hyacinths, daffodils, tulips, lilies, hydrangeas, etc...! Many people throw out their Easter plants just because the blooms have gone away. Keep your eye out in the coming weeks! Replant them in the garden for next year's thrill :)

yup- though I just wish that any of those hydrangeas would bloom the next year- the ones I get never rebloom (think the winters are too harsh for them?) no matter if I put them in sun, shade, or half-and-half, so I gave up.

I've got a little row of primroses that are just about to bloom along the alley that I acquired this way 2-3 years ago. Makes me giggle everytime I see them!
