Cheap way to house palm seedlings

Does anyone know of any cheap alternatives to those tube pots for tree seedlings? Styrafoam cups is about all I can come up with, but I like them narrower than that. I have about 700 Texas Sabal seeds germinating, and they are gonna need to be potted up within the next couple weeks. Thanks all. Jeremy

Paper towel/toilet paper rolls? Better than styrofoam because you can plop the whole thing in the ground when time to plant.
