Excellent site for cheap plants

| I guess this qualifies as frugal. You may have already visited this site but I couldn't believe the prices. Here it is: www.krazykeithsgardenshed.com
They have really good prices and shipping costs aren't bad either. If anyone knows of any other sites like this, please let me know.
Oh yeah, if you sign up for their newsletter, you get $5 off of your order of (I think) $50.

| Most of their plants are shipped in one inch pots. So far, the ones I have gotten have been healthy. |

| They have a one year guarantee and they actually honor it, unlike some. I don't think they would send roses in a one inch pot. Haven't ordered roses online before, I like to see the roses b4 I buy them. I have gotten plants in three inch pots from them. |

I ordered a "Frederick Mistral" rose from them. It was big and healthy and packaged so beautifully. It came really fast too. I'm very pleased.

thanks for the info...I am really glad you shared this site. I had never heard of them. I checked it out and the plant selection was great. Unfortunately, I think they are sold out of almost everything...no wonder with prices that great, but I will be checking the site closer to fall and see if they have anymore and again in winter and eary spring before they sell out...

| OK, I ordered from this site at the beginning of June when YardGal first posted. My order was two dwarf Russian sages, a dianthus and a dwarf banana (my husband is a tropical plant fiend). When the order first arrived, I was pretty disappointed and wondered if I would end up regretting it. The banana looked fine, but the other plants were just sad. Obviously, I knew they were going to be small, but they didn't look all that healthy. So fast forward to now. They are still small (the dianthus in particular, which I worried wasn't going to make it), but everything is growing. I don't know if I would order a lot from them nor would I order much later in the year (not enough time to get established before winter), but I think I'd order from them again. |

This was my second year ordering from Krazy Keiths...and I plan on ordering from them again next year!
The ROSES especially are a spectacular deal--BIG, HEALTHY, 'name' roses!
Out of all my orders I've only had one plant show up DOA, and their customer service policy/people are fantastic and they replaced it no questions asked!
I would recommend ordering early-by the end of the season the selection is pretty slim and I think you get better quality and larger size plants early on. |

| I think there's a note at the top of the site saying they are resting up from the spring sale and getting ready for the fall sale. I signed up for the email notice of the fall sale -- the prices were so good I want to get in right away! |

| One place I love to order plants from is Richters herbs in canada. You get a free catalog and they carry several unusual/european varieties. Their prices are wonderful and when my plants come , they are in exquisite condition. They carry a wide range of scented geraniums , sages , basils , thymes , lavenders , and medicinal herbs. miraclemama |
