Call around and ask about repo'd buildings. Yes, if someone doesn't pay the payments, the truck comes back and the building disappears. Generally, prices at any mom'n'pop store for things that expensive are negotiable, especially if you have cash.

It would be possible to 'shrink' your building, but if the pieces are the size of the building, they would need to be cut. So, it would be take building apart, cut everything smaller, put back together.

What about moving it within the yard?
