| I have an old 20 gal pressure tank that I didn't want to throw in the dump. (don't need more in the landfills)
Anyone with any ideas on how to recycle this? Or am I trying to be TOO frugal? lol No access to cutting torches either *sigh* if I did, it might make a dandy planter. |

| Set it up to catch rainwater? If you can find someone to cut it; cut it into two round tubs and one round ring from the center. Use the ring for a firepit. Cut in half the long way, they make huge BBQs |

| Hi Rain1950 Thanks for the reply and suggestions. :-) However I should have said 20 lbs tank Not 20 gal. (seniors moment here) I was playing with the idea of how I might make (get it made) into to a hotwater tank for my woodstove to heat or a passive solar water tank even though it is small. (have plans for old hot water tank). Although both these tank are so different....*sigh* wishing I had more knowledge. |
