There should be very little vinegar left in it, by the time you rinse it out with potable water there won't even be 1% acidity left. I wouldn't take it to the car wash - certainly wouldn't use their soap on it and even if you just set it to "rinse" you don't know what their water quality is. Just use your garden hose.

Thanks for the advice, I'm not sure what they use 200 grain vinegar for at the plant, perhaps cleaning. I'll just rinse it out with the hose several times. I may even test the water on some weeds to see if it does anything.
