Portable Potting Bench

You all may have seen these before, but I just have to show everyone what my darling hubby made for me. We found the gas grill frame along the road. A little spray paint, a dishpan for potting soil and some wood slats make for a great workspace. It has wheels too, so I can "take it on the road". Next to gardening, I love junk picking...

Great idea! Thanks for the photo. I'm going to keep my eyes open for an old gas grill!

That is simply adorable! Only one suggestion... Can you make a sturdier shelf in the middle somehow? Wonderful creativity! Keep up the good work.

Cool, I'm in need of a potting bench, and have been looking around for something to make one out of, so that gives me another option (-: I also saw one made out of an old dresser, put it up against the side of a shed/house and you can make some more shelves above the dresser, add nails to hang tools. I have just the place for it, now all I need is either a dresser or an old disgarded grill.
