Cupcake containers

Is it ok to winter sow in the hard plastic cupcake containers? They have 6 small compartments.

| You'd need to poke some drainage holes in the bottom, which might be hard if the platic is really thick. Also, since they are small and shallow, they might dry out quickly. Kate |

| Just reporting that my first baby plants, are peeking out of the cupcake containers, so it`s working for me. |
