Loganberry - yea or nay?

I'm going to add a few berry vines this year, Marion, Tayberry, and Ollalie for sure. For those who have grown it, is Loganberry worth growing? I already have Boysenberry and those are the only ones I'm considering, not interested in the Arkansas varieties.

Newberry is another hybrid you might want to look at. My Loganberry died form the cold before I could taste it.

Is your zone 9 CA?

I just picked up a couple of thornless boysenberries and a different raspberry. I plan on getting a couple of other kinds of cane berries when they come to the nursery but I am finding many are not out now. I hesitated on a pair of Loganberries from HD last year and the lot was sold before I could go back in a couple of hours. I am guessing that they do well here with the speed the order arrived and was sold.
