cracks on Goldrush

Hello all I have two 5-year-old Goldrush trees that were finally big enough to produce a few apples. Out of the 3 dozen or so apples, 10-12 had cracks on the blossom end. I am a fruit novice and to my inexperienced eye it looks like pictures I've seen of scab damage. I did spray my trees using Harvestmans low-spray schedule, and I didnt lose a lot of leaves or notice leaf damage. There was a thread earlier this fall about Galas cracking by the stem, but this is on the other end.
Could this be scab, even on Goldrush? Something else? Before I add any more trees, I want to figure out what I'm dealing with so I can choose varieties that have a chance of doing well. Thanks!
