| Yeah, the patent holder is Promo-Fruit; I couldn't find the patent number but the trademark was filed at the same time and expires in 2014 http://www.wirtschaft.ch/trademarks/Rubinette/Promo+Fruit+AG/notext/02
019/1984/ I gave up my license last year as I didn't graft enough to justify the minimum payment. |

| Its plant patent 6588, from 1987 - Rafzubin is the name on the patent. That means it has expired several years ago. Graft away! If you can't find scions Rob drop me a line. Scott |
