RE: Grafting in SE Indiana

I would not graft apple on to pear trees because they are known to have problems. They may grow several years that way and I've been told they eventually die.

RE: Grafting in SE Indiana

Are you looking for someone to graft apple and pear trees for you? If so, try contacting your local extension office. If you have only a few you want grafted, learn to graft yourself. You'll be glad you did. It's not hard and you don't have to buy special equipment; apples and pears are the easiest trees to successfully graft. You can check out numerous videos on you tube for instructions.
