Hi All,
Our container grown Meyer needs to be re-potted but I'm not inclined to do so and miss out on those sweet smelling blossoms. Will the root trim and transplant cause it to drop its buds?

It really needs new dirt. It's been at least 3 years w/ the same citrus mix and despite adding trace minerals and FE enriched seaweed, the leaves still show some mild deficiencies. I didn't have a chance to re-pot it w/ our two ROT Orange trees a few weeks ago. Maybe wait till after the flush of blossoms to re-pot? I don't intend to let it fruit this year. Still in a growing/training phase.
