It's time to buy a new respirator and pair of goggles, and, if anyone has particular models that they like (or dislike), I'd appreciate recommendations. Invariably, I have a lot of trouble with fogging when wearing both, so anti-fog goggles or specific respirator/goggles combinations that work well (or don't) are of particular interest to me.

I have a 3M model 60923 that I bought at Home Depot last year. I'm very satsified with it. I use a pair of wrap around sunglasses instead of goggles to avoid any fogging. Of course I wear a hat and long pants and sleeves and gloves. I learned my lesson after spraying Agrimycin last year.

I buy cheap complete wrap around polycarbonate grey safety sunglasses that meet ANSI specs from Betty Mills. Usually I grab half a dozen. They are not expensive and I like having them around. I also have a couple sets of clear ones for overcast days. If you are handling liquid chemicals I'd consider goggles with INDIRECT vents and anti-fog coating. Non-vented are impossible to keep from fogging but are completely sealed from FUMES, while open vented allow liquids to directly penetrate the goggles if splashed upon them so are only useful to keep ricocheting objects out of your eyes same as safety glasses. You should also consider a full face shield. I use an N-95 mask with a exhale valve to protect against grass particulates/pollen when mowing. I buy a 3M 50 pack construction pack at Home Depot, and wear them until I either start sneezing with them on or they are too foul looking to wear any longer. But I suspect you want a respirator for pesticide/herbicide/fertilizer applications. Can't help you with that. Don't forget the earplugs, gloves and the big floppy straw hat so people know who's in charge. ;-) https://search.extension.org/?q=respirators

Thanks for the link Fascist. On your link, I'm looking at the Crews checkmate safety glasses $19.08 per box of 12. Have you ever used them? I seem to go through safety glasses pretty fast (they get scratched up easily) and that's the cheapest price I've seen. Just wondering if you've tried them. Also, how is Betty Mills on their shipping?

Thanks for sharing the Betty Mills link, F_N. Their selection is so extensive that it's almost overwhelming, and the prices look very competitive (and free shipping doesn't hurt either).
