Does anyone grow sapodilla outdoors/indoors in zone 6? Is it possible to grow it indoors? Anyone doing it? I would like to grow it from seeds and see if it works.

I have a two year old seedling in a pot by the window facing west. So far, it grew about a foot with 4 side branches with nice looking long green leaves. I doubt if it will fruit indoor. I bought the fruit from an Asian market and it was super sweet and just planted the seed for fun. Tony

Oh cool.. Good Luck Tony! I am giving it a try this spring. From what i know, they usually fruit from December to May and take forever to ripen. But lets see. I'll keep you posted.
