I found this interesting article on Los Angeles Times about a Zaiger cherry x plum hybrid named " Pixie Sweet".

Market Watch: Plum-cherry hybrids find a sweet spot
June 30, 2012:By David Karp : Special to the Los Angeles Times

It is patented as "Sweet Pixie", the patent states that it is a cherry x (plum x cherry) cross. United States Patent PP23211.

It even has its own facebook page, find it at: Verry Cherry Plum.

I'm not affiliated with that company.

I wonder if Sweet Pixie has similar taste as Sweet Treat Pluerry.

Probably not; flavor might be different. Sweet pix zee is just plum x cherry hybrid, where as sweet treat is a plum x cherry x peach x apricot hybrid (patented as sweet pix zee 2).
