Is the trunk and limbs still green? I have an Anna Apple in that same boat. It's trunk is green. I just walked down the slope and checked and I see several little pink buds starting. I bet yours is alive too. Maybe the weather just needs to warm up a little.

There is a little bit of green at the base of each stub where a limb used to be, I was going to wait until it was all gone before making any drastic decisions. It's just a bit worrisome when one tree is so far behind the others, I wonder if Indian Free Peach is typically late to bud and leaf?

If it is, some year when there is a late chill it might be your only producer.
