Trees already budding, anything different to transplant

I have a bunch of apple and cherry trees to transplant this spring due to an impending land sale.

Had planned to do them while dormant but this month early spring caught me unready. Apple trees are already silvertip, cherry trees juast starting to bud.

should I be doing anything differnt given trees are no longer dormant?

as always thx. in advance for help.

Note: My apple trees are now starting their 4th year (planted in 2009). growth has semed slow and I started adding urea last year. have transplanted a 1/2 dozen trees and root system on the trees seemed fine so my slow growing trees apparently are just normal for this area.
