Milky spores...do they hurt trees?

Was thinking about spreading some milky spores for grubs. Do they bother the fruit trees?

I don't have a great lawn, so may not need the spores for that use. Had heard if you get rid of grubs you can get rid of moles or whatever there is tunneling around my yard.

That was my main interest. But don't want to hurt my fruit trees.

Hi KeepItLow-
I've never heard of Milky Spore damaging anything other than grubs. I applied it last year and I have not seen any problems whatsoever (fruit trees, grass, etc). Best, -Glenn

I can't imagine any reason they possibly could. I guess maybe some inert ingredient in there could possibly be phytoxic, but I think it's pretty unlikely. The spores themselves will only attack grubs, in the same way the dogs can get distemper but you can't.
